Q: Why can I find the same instruments on other web sites cheaper, like on Ebay or the other Mega Music sites? A: Ebay is fantastic, I sell some used guitars on it myself, but if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is! Some of these mega sellers buy massive amounts of instruments that are blems or 2nds or overstocks. They buy them dirt cheap and then sell them to you for less, without the price restraints that all other dealers have. You may not even notice the flaws or the slight repairs that have been made, or if you do, they hope you don't return it and just live with it because of the hassle and the return shipping charge. You get an inferior instrument and they make BIG Profits! They have a lot of money tied up with advertising, catalogs, web sites, employees, etc.... so you know they are still making a huge profit or they couldn't stay in business! How else can they offer "free shipping"? Nothing is "free"! Come on, why take the chance?! But, if you're ok with it, then that's ok too, and I hope you get a great deal and save a few bucks.
